Terms and Conditions of Use for Ferry Flights.net

1. Ferry Flights.net is a website operated by the legal entity Tatra Fleet s.r.o., ID 45 442 142  hereinafter referred to as the operator. 

2. For a fee the site enables the publishing and searching of offers for flights, private persons and business entities, hereinafter users. 

3. Ferry Flight.net services are provided to users for a fee. It is divided into two formats: reader and publisher

4. The operator reserves the right to perform necessary changes to an advertisement, or to entirely disable an advertisement, or remove an advertisement if it is in violation of the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic, Ferry Flight.net’s conditions or good morals. 

5. The operator has the right to delete an advertisement, to amend, if the advertisement is inserted in the wrong section in terms of the ad text or if the advertisement implies that the user is another legal or natural person. The operator has the right to delete an advertisement even if it suspects that the advertisement is in violation of Ferry Flight.net’s conditions

7. The user is aware that if he/she wishes to remove an advertisement before the publishing period expires, he/she must do so himself/herself in his/her created account.

8. The operator only mediates contact between the seller and the buyer and so does not assume any guarantees regarding quality, delivery, the course of payment and flight or the usability of offered items. 

9. The operator is not responsible for the misuse of the user’s personal data listed in the advertisement or the obtained through an unauthorized intrusion of third parties. The user agrees to the anonymous use of registration and statistical data. 

10. The operator is not responsible for the activity of Ferry Flight.net users nor for the manner in which Bazos.sk uses them. The administrator has no responsibility for the possible misuse of server services by users or third parties. 

11. The operator assumes no responsibility for any damages that may be caused to users or third parties directly, indirectly or accidentally by or in relation to the use of Ferry Flight.net. The operator is not responsible for damages to users or third parties due to the inability to use Ferry Flight.net services or in direct or indirect relation to this fact. 

12. The operator declares that Ferry Flight.net is dedicated to, and will devote, with maximum effort and professional diligence, the minimizing of any potential risks that might occur to users or third parties in the proper use of Ferry Flight.net services. 

13. The operator is authorized without user consent and without prior notice to modify or upgrade the Server service. 

14. The user agrees, pursuant to the law on certain information company services, that the operator is authorized to send to the user any e-mail messages containing information about the novelties Ferry Flight.net offers. 

15. The operator of the server is not responsible for whether the publisher is the holder of an authorization for the performance of flight activities.

16. These conditions will become valid and effective at the moment of their publication. The operator reserves the right to change these conditions.
